All items purchased from Aquarium Solutions Cambodia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you the customer upon our delivery to the transport carrier.
All shipping charges and associated fees are always 100% non-refundable as part of our Returns Policies.
Our Aquatic Life Returns Policy
At ASC, the health and wellbeing of all the species we offer to our customers is our primary concern. Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life, we will not ever accept the return of any aquatic life.
Make all your selections carefully.
Our Aquatic Life Live Arrival Guarantee
To qualify for our (livestock dead on arrival replacement guarantee) and to ensure optimal, responsible care of your aquatic life order you must be available to sign for your package at the first delivery attempt.
Refusal of order delivery will void any guarantee immediately.
You must always follow the ASC acclimation procedure document included in the box, even if your new arrival appears to be dead.
To take advantage of our guarantee, follow the steps outlined below within the Live Arrival Guarantee timeframe.
If your aquatic life does not arrive alive upon delivery, please contact us within the same day of delivery to qualify for your Live Arrival Guarantee.
Attach a digital photo of the loss. The specimen should be photographed clearly out of the shipping bag or aquarium and on a white background.
Include a digital photo of the packing slip received with your shipment
Clearly show the number of deceased specimens.
You must preserve the deceased specimen(s) by placing it/them in a plastic bag, sprinkling a teaspoon of salt over it, and then freezing it, while your claim is being processed.
This is done in the event we would ask for the return of your specimen to clarify any disputes.
You may discard the remains after we have processed your claim and sent you a verification email. At this time a Store credit for the purchase price of the qualifying item(s) will be applied to your ASC in-store account.

As with all ASC shipments the container you receive will include a packing slip which clearly contains the size and quantity of aquatic life that has been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us immediately for all claims by emailing us here.
Aquarium Supplies Returns
Here at ASC we are committed to ensuring that you enjoy your purchase and the shopping experience using Aquarium Solutions Cambodia.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your aquarium supplies purchase upon delivery, you can return it to us within 7 days for a full in store credit, equal to the actual purchase price paid of the returned item(s).
All store credits will be credited to your in-store account balance and a verification email sent to you upon receipt of each item here at our ASC offices. (All claims are subject to an ASC inspection of any missing or damaged components prior to our approval.)
(Note: Store credits issued will expire 12 months after date of issue.)
Aquarium Supplies Returns for Warranty Claim
The return of any Aquarium Supplies for a warranty claim is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
